North of Pentireglaze Haven

Images of the coastline around the Pentireglaze Haven (Baby Bay) area, which forms the northern part of Polzeath Beach. Taken from the South West Coast Path to the north of the beach.

Overlooking Pentireglaze Haven/Baby Bay and the main part of Polzeath Beach beyond. From the beginning of a walk in June when the sky was overcast.

The cliff top is carpeted with red campion flowers ((Silene dioica). From the end of the June walk when conditions had become brighter. Sunlight is twinkling on the sea below.

This public footpath from Pentire connects with the South West Coast Path. The red patches on the cliff are red campion and common foxgloves.
